We build it with you
Both platforms are built alongside the engineering, quality and manufacturing teams who use them, against real parts and real audits. Nothing here was designed at a distance and delivered finished.
Concentric Digital is a platform engineering company. We deliver two enterprise platforms for manufacturing, Spectra and MES, and we operate the cloud foundation they run on, to enterprise standards, as code. Both are built to aerospace evidence standards, because a system that satisfies those satisfies anything.
What we do
Most vendors hand over a product and leave the operating problem with your IT department, which is how nobody turns out to be accountable on the day a certificate cannot be issued. We do the opposite. One company builds the software, runs it in production and answers for it.
Both platforms are built alongside the engineering, quality and manufacturing teams who use them, against real parts and real audits. Nothing here was designed at a distance and delivered finished.
The platform and its running state stay our responsibility: patching, upgrades, backups and restores, and the response when something breaks. On our tenant or on yours, running it is our job rather than a second one for your team.
What the system produces is yours: the as-built record, the certificates, the evidence behind them. It has to outlast any supplier relationship, including this one.
Industry 5.0
The term is the European Commission’s, for what comes after Industry 4.0: an industry that is human-centric, sustainable and resilient. It does not replace Industry 4.0, it presumes it. Connect the machines first, then answer the harder question of who the connected factory is for, and who is accountable for what comes out of it.
Technology is judged by what it does for the people running the process, not only by what it produces. The person stays the one who decides, and the system is built to carry that decision rather than to take it.
A model reads and proposes. A named person approves, and it is the approval, not the model output, that becomes the record.
Production is designed around what it consumes and what it wastes, and the effect is measured rather than assumed. Answering that for a single part takes a record, not an estimate.
What was scrapped, what was reworked, and which process produced it, per part and per batch. The claim is yours to make. The evidence behind it is ours to produce.
A plant can absorb disruption, a lost supplier, a failed machine, an audit, a security incident, and keep producing without losing the thread of what it produced and why.
Defined as code, so the platform can be rebuilt from the repository, and the record it holds is retained and tamper-evident. The plant itself is a larger question.
Human-centric is not a sentiment here. It is an interlock that refuses, a signature that is required, and a record that names who decided.
How we deliver
Six principles that hold whoever is on the project and whatever is being built. They are worth stating only because each one is visible in the repository, where your infrastructure and security teams can read it rather than take our word for it.
The entire platform is defined as code and version-controlled, so every change is reviewed, attributable and repeatable. Infrastructure is Terraform; application delivery is GitOps, reconciled by Argo CD.
Environments are configured automatically from a single authoritative source, which removes manual error and configuration drift.
Container images pass through vulnerability scanning, software bill-of-materials generation and cryptographic signing before they are ever deployed. Only trusted images run.
A consistent path from development through testing and staging to production, with approval required before any production change.
If an issue arises, the platform can be returned to the previous known-good state quickly and reliably.
Your platform runs in its own environment, hosted in an EU region, separated at the cloud tenant and repository boundary. It shares no infrastructure, credentials or data with our own build and demonstration systems, and access for our engineers is least-privilege and time-boxed.
Engagement model
You should be able to see the system working before your organisation commits infrastructure to it.
The full platform is stood up on Concentric Digital’s own Azure tenant for integration and demonstration. Nothing is required from your infrastructure team to see the system working end to end.
The identical, proven automation is promoted onto your tenant. Because both phases run the same Terraform and the same GitOps code, this is a repeatable, reviewable promotion rather than a manual rebuild.
Contact
The most useful first conversation is a specific one. Bring a drawing you balloon by hand, or a machine your team does not trust the data from, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
